Selecting a Mosquito Trap
Mosquito traps and zappers can be very effective at killing mosquitoes. However, proper usage and maintenance is vital to continue that effectiveness. We have broken down our mosquito killing machines to help both low and hi-tech users select the machine that's best for them. Always read the instruction manual and
please check out our page for proper placement of mosquito traps. Keep in mind that mosquito traps and zappers will not eradicate the mosquito population in a week. They be given time to allow it to attract and capture most of the female mosquitoes in your area.

Mosquito Traps
Keeping mosquito traps in working order for the season, can actually be
quite a challenge, but the results are rewarding if you tackle the job. Mosquito traps are electronic, some far more Hi-Tech than others with "Set and Forget" or other "Time Modes" to control the unit and propane flow. This often frustrates low-tech customers who see "too many blinking lights" trying
to get the unit to operate. Also, our Flowtron mosquito power traps have a "forever clean" valve that ensures a continuous flow of propane, which is what "clogged up" the competition.
Bug Zappers
Zappers are plug and play and require little maintenance. Changing bulbs and cleaning off dead bugs is the only thing needed to keep these units 100% effective. The electronics consist of only a transformer and ballast assembly, so these machines will last years. For DIY customers, we carry spare parts for our Zappers.
