The Sunbeam portable bug zapper is the first of it's kind with it's cordless, rechargeable technology. Because of the built-in 6V rechargeable battery, you can place it indoors, outdoors, or anywhere you need it, but make sure to take advantage of the unit's built in hanging hook. The unit uses a Ultraviolent light that attracts the insects, and a high power grid silently zaps providing excellent pest protection. The unit is easily cleaned via a slide out bug tray located in the back of the unit.
Other than the battery it can also be powered using the included AC adaptor for added convenience and indoor use. During the charging period, red and green indicator lights signal battery status.
